Unable to remove functional role

I am attempting to update our advancement coordinator in functional roles. Currently the previous 2 advancement coordinators are listed in the position. They are greyed out and says “membership has expired”. Both memberships are current and they are registered. I am unable to remove either of these and it is preventing adding our new advancement coordinator.

Help would be appreciated.

  1. Hardware: Mobile (also tried desktop)

  2. Operating system - android

  3. Browser - chrome

  4. Browser cache has been cleared or you are using a private browsing mode (aka Incognito Window in Chrome)

  5. will provide if needed

@PatrickJackson2 you can post the member# (no names) and we can take a look. if they are greyed out their memberships are probably expired or in the 60 day grace period

Yeah this is a new thing we started see a week or so ago - the Functional roles are ended and they drop into a Renewal mode like a registration - we have not gotten an answer on it - I would talk to council
