Unable to see any Parents/Guardians

When I click on any Parent/Guardian in the scout’s profile in Scoutboook Plu I receive this error:

Error

Person not found for given person GUID - personGuid: 23400CA1-B2A8-4A6C-91CF-D84DD1664CB9

This occurs with every single scout.
