The family and I have been unsuccessful in trying to transfer a scout from Yuma Council to NCAC. As the Committee Chair I try and pull him in and the family has tried to push him into the Pack without and success. Any help would be appreciated.

are they using the BeAScout page - I think that is the only way council to council
To complete an out of council transfer, the family either has to use the Apply Now button on the new unit’s Beascout.org pin, OR the new pack can send them their online registration link, which is found in the Invitation Manager in my.scouting.org
