Unable to update a cub scout's Den

Hello ,

Here is the error I get when I try to update the den of a scout cub.

@SaraBENABACHIR that scout has no BSA # - are they registered?

@SaraBENABACHIR yeah go to my.scouting.org > top left click to find your unit > then click Roster - you will see the scout is not registered in your unit

He is registered and I can see that it will expire in 12/31/2024

@SaraBENABACHIR what is the BSA # of the Scout?

@SaraBENABACHIR I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

I cannot see the BSA# of (removed by Moderator) but I was trying with 140249208
