Unable to Update Advancement Requirements (Life Scout Rank)

I’m unable to update the requirements for the Life Scout rank because they are not displaying on the screen. The requirement version is set to 2016 (Active) and does not allow me to change it to the 2022 version.

I did it, but it shows the same.

And your position in the unit is ?

The version dropdown is not grey out, I can click it but it only shows me 2016 version.

Yes, its selected as Boys Troop and positions/roles are: Committe Member, Profile Editor, Unit Advancement Chair, Unit Support, Troop Admin and Parent/Guardian.

Well I am pretty sure 2016 is the current version. It is just a Database pull issue I think. Can you see if another user in unit sees the same?

This is a known issue with some Scouts. The developers have been notified of your specific case.

Thank you. I asked the Committee chair and the Scoutmaster about it, and they see the same issue.

@GERARDOPAZOS OK? - Try entering one requirement for Life in Unit Quick Entry or the individual QE on the Life page. Lets see if that forces the database.

I tried the Unit Quick Entry for the scout, but when I hit apply, it shows me an error screen, see below.

Hi, I just checked the status of the issue, and I am still not able to see or update the requirements for the Life Scout rank for this specific Scout.

Are the developers currently working on this issue? How long does it usually take to resolve something like this? Is there any other step I should take in the meantime?

The developers believe they fixed this issue. Are you seeing the same symptoms as you posted above in both Quick Entry and on the Scout’s Life Rank?

@edavignon I don’t see any changes. I still cant see requirements for Life Scout Rank as my first picture. And I get the same error message when i tried to use Quick Entry.

Any suggestions?

Please try an incognito window to rule out a cache issue.

It didn’t work using incognito. Exactly the same issue. I tried both ways, Life Scout Rank and Quick Entry. Same screen without requirements and same error message using Quick Entry.
