I am not able to see any past or future activities in the activities for one of my troops, but one of them shows up just fine. I am the CC for both troops, any ideas of what I might be doing wrong?
are you switching between the troops with the top right Fleur?
Yes, when I am on 380 BOYS I see nothing, even thought I have created a bunch of activities. When I look at 328 GIRLS I can see all the past and future activities without issue.
hmmmm - your CC for the Boys troop is not in SB - I will try a sync - check after 4pm CST
Still nothing, I am able to create activities and log service hours, I can not view them on the main activities screen. If I look at the logs on the induvial scouts, I can see they get credit for what I enter and I am able to edit the activity as long as I keep track of someone that attended.
the position is there now - there may be a few more syncs doing the day

also try clearing cache or using an private/incognito window

Any update? I am getting flack for not entering any service hours again this year.
i will send it in again - might want to try going to my.scouting.org and making yourself UAC
I already have an advancement chair for the troop.
When I try to enter service hours, hiking, etc for my son on Scoutbook, I keep getting this error.
He records in book, but I like being able to see it in Scoutbook as well.
@Jamie_AnnHunt You appear to be logged in with your e-mail address. Please log in with your my.scouting username and password.
You might also have duplicate / multiple Scoutbook accounts.
