I’ve seen some old posts that don’t reflect the new systems. How do we go about removing inactive members from our roster so that they don’t receive emails?

Membership is still in legacy Scoutbook.
Go to your Roster in legacy Scoutbook. Click the Scout’s name. Go to the Scout’s membership page. Find your unit, select it then enter an end date then click Update.
