The Award Date Font is too Big for the field. Needs to be reduced like Award Field.

Thanks, Greg

@GregoryShepherd - are you talking about form 34403 ? or some other report as there is no awarded on the 34404
@GregoryShepherd - which report is this about.. what are your steps to get to it?
That is simply set to Scale to fit space
@GregoryShepherd - this is what I get
I would assume you are using a Preview app or web browser to view it instead of Adobe Acrobat reader
The Report can be obtained in Scout Book Plus by
1.) From Unit Roster
2.) Click “Advancement” above Unit Roster Name List
3.) Click on “To Purchase”
4.) Find Closed PO and Select a Closed PO
5.) Click on Advancement Report.
Greg
@GregoryShepherd - I have tried at least 7of ours and it is the same.. the date fits perfectly. Even one from 2020
This really seems like something on your end. Mine generates the pdf in chrome and even going back to a 2015 report they all haev the earned date fitting within the column
The Scout Book Plus Generated form is the issue.
Not Hand populating the form. I agree manually populating the form works.
It seems I can’t change the dates on the Scout Book Plus generated advancement report.
Thanks,
Greg
@GregoryShepherd - I am letting scoutbook generate the grabs I have posted.. no issue for mine
@GregoryShepherd - what browser are you using for scoutbook plus ?
I am using Google Chrome.
Greg
@GregoryShepherd once again - what application are you using to VIEW the report? Is it Acrobat Reader Free?
The report is coming up in Google Chrome Acrobat Extension.
Thanks,
Greg
@GregoryShepherd - i think that is your issue. Can you try an incognito window or disable the add-in
or open in the native Acrobat
It is also a scoutshop report - and they are not asking for a change - so it is fine
@GregoryShepherd - the completed dates are in the system and honestly they do not even read or physically take the form at any of the scout shops in my area. It USED to be used for council to enter advancements prior to scoutnet and finally scoutbook
@Stephen_Hornak - My Troop uses the Unit Advancement Report, the individual scout handbooks, and a separate excel file as a back up to the Scout Book Plus. due to lack of internet connectivity (even with hot stops)
Being a Retired Engineer, contingencies plans are good to have.
I will sign off this post because the reply’s capitalization indicates some negativity that I do not want to engage or promote.
Thank you for your reply.
