Unit Advancement Report - Where is Generated Scout Book Plus?

I am looking to generate an Unit Advancement Report for 2 - 1st Class Board of Reviews.

I do not see purchasing PO either.

I was able to do this under Scout Book.

@GregoryShepherd - legacy scoutbook roles and positions are no longer valid

A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.

@GregoryShepherd not sure what report you are referring to - Unit Advancement Report - Advancement Report is typically used for Scout Shop. Are you looking for the Scout History Report? Recognition Report?

Just as permissions are now limited - so is report access - https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/scoutbook/Report-Permission-Access.pdf

For PO you would go to Roster > Advancements > To Purchase - But neither of your positions have that Permission - a Key 3 would need to extend to PO permission to you in SB+ Permission Manager

Yes, I am looking for the form # 34403.

It seems I need P.O. Creator/Editor to create the PO to purchase awards.

It seems I need to inform my unit Key 3 that I need Sub-Unit Support* permission.

Having been a long time scouter, I am wondering if the Scouting America understands how frustrating their Scout Book Plus Changes for adults just trying to get our responsibilities done in a timely fashion without jumping through all these permission. Under Scout Book, I was assigned Unit Advancement Chair and could everything I need.. That is not a jab at Stephan or Donovan.

@GregoryShepherd the fun of scouting (and pain for programming) is it allows every unit to act as it needs. I know units where the UAC does EVERYTHING. I know other units where the UAC literally just shops at Scoutshop for the unit and that is all.
The system was setup to accommodate and adjust to how each unit operates.

It is interesting that when I logged back in and found the “Advancement” Tab which looked to be ghosted out and inactive. I found the PO Generator and Unit Advancement Report Generator.
