It is great to see the payment logs being moved into Scoutbook+. It would be helpful on the Unit Roster page to show a summary of the Scout Accounts themselves for the unit, including how much is negative, how much is positive, and what that totals. This would help a Unit Treasurer vs. running a report, since this view really is great, but just needs that summary.
@JeremyGinsberg - if you click on the Unit Payment Log in the left menu it will bring up the roster with the balance of each person
I am looking for a summary at the unit level that sums the scouts.
@JeremyGinsberg - ah. now i understand.. The receivable and liabilities are totals of what is owed and what is to be paid out. In my screenshot it is 421 being owed to the unit from all in the roster with a red total
All I can see in your screen shot is $350 total owed and no account with any credit so I would want to see a unit total displayed of -$350
If there was two account at -$170 (-$350 total) but say one Scout has a $50 credit, I would want to see a Unit Scout Account balance of -$350
@JeremyGinsberg - it shows 421 owed and on the second page which is not on my screenshot is one owing 71. If anyone had a credit due the zero amount in totals would reflect that as a liability
Our unit just uses Scout Account transactions, not unit level transactions. If I sum the Scout Account Balances, both positive and negative, that right now shows a +$505.90 (attached CSV). However, I don’t see that number in the summary in the summary table (example shown below).

@JeremyGinsberg - 2865.02 - 2359.12 nets 505.90 as a liability based on the summary
2359.12 is due to the unit and the unit has a payout of 2865.02
Yes - It would just be nice to be able to see just a summary of Scout Account Balances.
@JeremyGinsberg - I do not see this as a high priority as it is simple math from the summary.
While I don’t disagree there should be a better vetting process on enhancements and such. As an example, TroopWebHost posts enhancements and lets users vote on them bast on if they think it is helpful / relevant.
I would also say that there should be an opportunity for unit to disable the unit side of the Payment Logs just to use the Scout Account function.
