I’m trying to finish up loading all the data for the year into Scoutbook Plus, but I can’t get any ranks to drop down in the Quick Entry. What did I do wrong here? Are my Cubs not set up correctly?
This is the first year I’ve entered data into Scoutbook Plus for Cubs. I transitioned to Cubmaster, after being a Scoutmaster for the past five years.
Any help here would be appreciated.

Are your Scouts in dens in Scoutbook Plus?
Some are. Do I need to have them all in dens to get ranks to show up?
Yes, all Cub Scouts need to be in dens in order to record advancement. It is the den level that tells the system what advancement they are eligible to earn.
To create new dens, click Add Den at the top of the roster. Enter the number, level and move Scouts into the den then click Save & Close.
Got all my Cubs in dens… Still no ranks. Is this one of those things that has to sync overnight?
@JamesBishop1 - I would try a hard refresh or incognito session
@JamesBishop1 edited original post. I’d definitely give the 24 hours for a sync after placing in a Den, but if still not there, then most likely a browser cache issue and you may need to clear the cache. @Stephen_Hornak suggestion of an incognito session would help to show if a cache issue.
