Unit renewal of leader while removing multiple registration

Is there a way that a unit can renew a leader’s registration while removing a multiple?

The situation is that the leader has multiple roles currently in various units, but wants to give up some at this point. If they were to renew themselves there is an option during renewal to not renew a multiple. However, as a key-3 member trying to new that leader I seem to only be able to renew ALL their registrations including the multiples.

Alternatively, is there a way for a unit to remove a multiplied leader when it no longer makes sense? In the past we just had to wait for recharter for them to fall off, but as I just outlined I can’t figure out how to remove a multiple during leader renewal.

@JoshSteinhurst not sure I understand - a Unit only has access to its own registrations - not other units.

When I go to renew the leader in question, I see all their multiples and if I pay, it renews them for those other units as well. The leader would like for our unit to directly pay for their renewal - as we do for other leaders - but NOT renew them for their other unit.

@JoshSteinhurst - the leader themselves would need to remove the other positions. Failing that you could ask your registrar.

Maybe a leader could opt out of the units where he/she doesn’t want to renew, or a leader in those units could click "Opt out” for that leader on the roster. Then, when you renew, it will just be in the remaining positions.

I have the opposite problem – a leader renewed himself, but his multiple positions didn’t renew. Council registrars are several weeks behind in responses, so we’re just getting creative and trying stuff! Once he drops off the roster, he can multiple back into our troop. It’s an awkward fix.
