When I went to post a couple of merit badge requirements this morning, the roster in Scoutbook+ shows we have zero (0) Scouts in the troop. I can see them all in legacy Scoutbook. What gives?

@CharlesOlson go to SB+ > Roster > Filter (top right in grey bar) > Click RESET FILTER

How do I clear an “Opted Out” that shouldn’t be there?

Typically if they opted out they are still in the true roster at my.scouting.org - if they are not there but are in SB+ - then post the MID of the user.

He’s in the roster in my.Scouting.org and I found a way to post the merit badge requirements. I’ve contacted our Council registrar and asked he to look into what is going on as he has a 12/31/15 renewal date. His Eagle BOR is next week.
