Can there be a page built into SB Plus for units to have a Files or Links setup? For instance, if we make a flyer for a Pack event, it would be great to link the calendar entry to it within SB Plus. Or maybe we have a sheet with all the acronyms and terminology for new families and want it readily available (similar to mytroop.us, but without even more places to log into).

There are no plans to allow file storage withing Scoutbook. Enterprise cloud storage is very expensive when the enterprise does not own the data center. We suggest using one of the free cloud services available to individuals to store your unit’s files.
@ErnaEubanks - a rough estimate is 20,000.00 per month just for 1gig of storage per unit.
