Unit Support ASM has lost access to SB+ Custom Report Builder

One of my ASMs, Member ID #12976106, is getting an “access denied” red error when trying to access the Scoutbook Report Builder Designer from SB+. She has had access for months and this problem suddenly appeared this week. I triple checked her assigned position in Position Manager and access levels in Permission Manager, and I don’t see why she cannot access the Report Builder.

Screenshots attached to show her permissions and the error message that she sees. Any ideas of what could be the cause?
