Our Unit Treasurer was just assigned. All permissions have been assigned in Scout Book Plus. The Treasurer can see reports but cannot click on individual scout accounts on the unit roster in order to view payment logs. He is listed as treasurer in My.Scouting, ScoutBook + and Legacy. What gives? ---

@GarrettHay Is the Treasurer using Legacy Scoutbook to access payment log? He needs a Full Control connection to all Scouts in Legacy in order to use Payment Log. Payment Log has not yet been migrated to Scoutbook Plus. ---

~~Since Connections Manager was retired, is the only way to force a Full Control connection in classic SB to assign someone as a Key 3 Delegate?~~ ~~If that’s done, wait for the permissions to propagate, then undone, do the classic SB “Full Control” permissions get removed, or do they survive? I’m trying to figure out whether a unit needs to “spend” one of their K3D slots on their treasurer (until payment logs bridge over), or if there’s another way to get those classic SB connection/Full Control settings. The Connections Manager still exists in Scoutbook (legacy). ---

MEMBER ID: 140736963 The old Troop Admin. functionality in Legacy is gone now. That was the way to give a Treasurer all the access they needed to see payment logs. Are we saying I need to connect the treasurer to every member in the troop one at a time in order to get him access to the payment logs in Scout Book Legacy? He needs to see adult payment logs too. Something that used to be so easy, is now very hard to accomplish. He is listed as Treasurer. I’ve given every permission in Scout Book plus just to be safe, and he still can’t see payment logs. ---

@GarrettHay- this is not complicated.. in legacy scoutbook go to the unit then roster scroll down to connections manager find the leader at the left side click on the leader and check full control then click set permission The pay logs are still in legacy scoutbook so all of that work has to be done in legacy for now. ---
