Unregistered Parent merged account with Scout

Help!

I am the Advancement Chair for our Troop and a Parent somehow logged into Scoutbook and merged her account with her Son. His account (SB ID# 3678074) now shows no BSA ID# and no sync, and hers (SB ID# 10929072) shows her as a Youth and also shows his BSA ID (# 12692070, verified with the Registrar and my.scouting)

@ElizabethShehee fixed - the mother HAS to use the google log in - tell not to use chalpern username
