We are not able to reset passwords. If the bot does not work, contact your Council
@BrianCavanagh Have they tried the chatbot (“Betty”) at my.Scouting to reset password?
@BrianCavanagh Is this for a Webelos Scout? If so, that user does not have an account (username / login) at my.Scouting.
Yeah it’s the parent of a weblos scout. Tried using Betty, but she gets stuck in a loop. This has been going on a while, the is my first go trying to help the user.

The Dad. I think the mom is still in a pending status too.
@BrianCavanagh The Mom does not have a username (login). She can create one at my.Scouting.
The Dad has 2 member ID numbers. The one he should be using is: 134580460. The local council will need to clean up his “Relationships” using their Registrar Tools.
