I have an issue with a scout. (name removed by admin) accidentally filled out a new application this year. I had it cancelled after it processed but this created a second ID for him. Scoutbook is showing him but not linking him due to this. Pack 119, Mecklenburg Council. I think because his new ID was cancelled and his previous is the active one is what is causing the issue
