Using correct login credentials provided by Council, unable to log in to Scoutbook

Password manually reset by council, still getting error incorrect login credentials.


From what I see, this account belongs to an adult with the initials PN. Is this correct? The ID is the Scout’s first initial followed by the Scout’s lastname followed by the Scout’s day of birth. Is this the ID being used by the parent?

Yes, that is correct. In the ID, the last name has two letters switched.


I missed the swapped letters, you are correct. I do not see any logins on this ID since February. I suggest having the adult try to log in to with the ID and password you were given by Council. If that fails, try resetting the password again with the “Betty” bot on
