Old expired version was entered for a Totin Chip: Scout ID 136614126. Scoutmaster ran reports and saw completed/not awarded and hit the approve/awarded (which locked it in under wrong version). Should have been the current version all along as it was all done last year post-expiration. Attempted to backtrack but cannot undo, of course, and nothing for the new version can be recorded now. Can it be fixed on the back end? Correct award should be the current Totin’ Chip version with completion/approval date 3/22/25 and awarded (COH) date of 9/8/25. Thank you.
Version of the award do not matter in the scout having the award on their record. If it got entered and approved, the scout is good to go. Otherwise you have to unaward, unapprove everything, uncomplete enough to unfinsh the award - then you could change versions.
OK, Thank you. I tried to fix it for a good 30 minutes yesterday and it wouldn’t allow anything. I guess the solution was to log out and log back in. I was able to simply approve it under the current version today. The wonders of Scoutbook. Thanks.
