Web App on Phone: All AOLs are missing for Den Leader/Cubmaster

Using the mobile scoutbook + app, all of the AOLs are missing for the Pack. The AOL Den Leader also cannot see them. I have checked all the settings and filters, and everything that is available is marked appropriately. There is no AOL Den. Using Scoutbook + on the web we do see everyone.

@KatherineMerle not sure I understand. If you are talking about the Red Scouting App - that is only for Parents and Scouts - it does not function for Leaders. So if it is a leader trying to use it, it would not work.

I suppose I have it wrong in regards to the “app” Im using. It is not the red Scoutbook + app. I believe it is the web version saved to my phones home screen.

Im able to see the whole Pack as I am on a computer, but with the AOLs missing.

That is a Webapp - so yes it is just the website. On the Filter page click RESET no matter what it shows.

@KatherineMerle - that would be the Reset Filters in the RED box to the left of cancel
