In My Service Logs receive message: Unable to retrieve the activities. Please try again.
Tried to post to Service History and it is not being saved. Noticed the post from Sept 2020 suggestion to enter shorter activity name, but not sure the issue has been resolved.
Any idea when this will be reviewed/corrected?
