When running a service audit log report, entries are repeated

I am running the service log audit report, and the entries are repeating 6 times for each event and person.

At the bottom of the report should be a Ref: line. Please post this line as it allows the report developers to find the report in the logs.

The repeated item also happens on other log reports, just the number of repeated lines varies.
