Apparently, when setting up a new scout we entered his mom’s name and the system found that name and she was added to our pack, linked to our scout, she was invited, and accepted.
We are in Tulsa, OK. The lady who accepted is in California. She has the same name, same spelling as our scout’s mom. She is not the parent of the scout in our pack.
We didn’t know there was a problem until the lady in California sent us an email complaining, telling us she didn’t want to get emails about our Blue and Gold.
We can’t change the email. We can’t delete this California “mom” connection to our scout. What do we do?
