I have two leaders showing in the roster view as the Committee Chair but Susanna when you hover over is a Den Leader. She was almost a year ago but Timothy has been in position for several months now.

They would not - there is a story to get them all cleaned up - watch the change log
It is more annoying - it has no effect or give extra access
