We have a new leader who has the yellow triangle with ! showing in Scoutbook. It appears his BSA ID matches my.scouting. He also appears listed under our pack. BSA: 14636060. Thank you for your help in diagnosing/fixing this!
Check with your council registrar. His registration is showing as not current.
