Yet another parent connection issue

parent 1 is connected to scout (14368054) in scout book

parent 1 sent parent 2 (142180324) a Scout Connection Request. parent 2 receives an error message,”There has been an error approving the invitation.” and is unable to view the scout’s progress in scout book.

please assist

@PaulHeil both JH and PH are parents of the scout in the system. I would first suggest they do a hard refresh on PH computer or try an incognito window to get around any cache issue.

@PaulHeil Was the relationship just added today? If so, you might need to wait for the overnight sync to run.
