New parent has two accounts now. I think she might have signed up with the Google login and then made a direct account. When she logs in she gets an error that there are two accounts with the same email address.
The account that shows as “linked” in legacy SB, MID 141792010, is not associated with her youth (youth SB ID 14422880), but the other account 141824336 is listed as a parent.
What’s the correct way to manage her accounts so the duplicate email address doesn’t cause any issues with access in the future?
