We have a scout (Member ID No. 14348801, Council 082) in our boys’ troop whose membership doesn’t expire until December 31, 2026. He continues to attend weekly troop meetings. However, when we tried to add his most recent meeting attendance (September 15, 2026) to the calendar in Scoutbook Plus, his name was no longer present. We checked the troop rosters in my.scouting.org and Scoutbook Plus and found that his name had disappeared from these rosters. How do we get him restored to the troop rosters. Thank you.
This Scout was moved into the Challenge Accepted patrol today. On your roster page, click the filter icon the Reset Filters.
