Arrow of Light scout is not able to have achievements entered as Scoutbook says she’s not registered in the appropriate den level. She’s a 5th grader, assigned to the AOL den, and we’ve already been able to enter some advancements prior to this week. Contrast, another member of the Den does not have the same error below. What is happening here?

@JWagner583 SS issue is the Patrol leader position - there is a Bug with that - just end it
Thank you, I didn’t see guidance about the names in the FAQ for new forums but understand. This seemed an extremely isolated issue and it took a long time to find my way here to submit the fix. Other leader was stuck in a look for several hours on it. Thanks again for the help.
