I’m trying to initiate the transfer-in process for a youth from Circle Ten council to Longhorn council and getting the below error when I hit submit transfer button.
I’m using windows laptop, chrome browser. I already tried with Shift + Refresh
i’m following instructions from here

@HassanAli - are you the parent of the scout… and the capture seems to indicate the units are the same… out and in are both pack 758
@HassanAli are you a unit leader or a parent? to transfer to new council you have to use beascout.scouting.org and as a parent you have to be connected in AKELA. If a parent you can usually go to my.scouting.org > My Applications and see connected scouts
hi @DonovanMcNeil I tried both as unit leader and parent but it shows the same error.
i tried by copying the mini URL from invitation manager as mentioned in the instructions guide and it shows everything correct but that error pops up when hitting submit transfer button.
name of both units are same but different council
Then I suggest you do as error says and contact council
