YPT Not Showing in for adult in two linked troops

Adult is the Charter Organization Rep in one troop, and we want to add that adult to same role in second troop. However, while YPT is current, they can’t be added to adult roster (to then be promoted to the Charter Organization Rep) in the second linked troop because it says YPT is "N/A”. Any suggestions as to how to do this?

Oddly, in scoutbook the adult has been on the roster/troop committee for several years, is a scout book admin, etc.

@LesleyMorrey is it the same council? It could be cause the COR is not expired BUT in the renewal window. I think this is a council question

@LesleyMorrey - are both units in the same charter organization ? If they are then that person MUST be the COR of ALL units in the same charter org. If in a different charter partner, then that other charter partner must appoint their own charter org rep.

Same charter org. Linked boy/girl troops. The former COR was just fine but I suspect we did it with paper/via council. I appreciate your suggestions!

I wondered about the expiration too. Ironically we are trying to make the switch to be ready for reacharter. We attempted to adjust in spring and got one troop complete but the other not. I will call council. I appreciate your suggestions!

@LesleyMorrey- not a suggestion its a requirement per the membership and registration guidelines

@LesleyMorrey If this user (member ID 123899193) would renew their individual membership (expires 10/31), then I think the option to multiple register with the other troop might become available.
