I’m the training chair for a Troop (in this case).
I have a member (BSA ID 12757193), who completed the mandatory YPT training under that same ID.
I do have screenshots showing the completion date 9/26/2022 for the overall training and each individual module.

However, no certificate has been issues and in [my.scouting.org](http://my.scouting.org), the expiration date has not been updated.

The current certificate is due to expire on 10/16/2022.

Why is his record not updated?

YIS

The only thing he retook on the 26th is the certification test.

@NicolasRietsch - they need to take all of the module’s not just the test.
