Hello all. I have been assigned the treasurer role for my daughters troop and I cant seem to figure out how to access the scouts payments logs. I am CC for my sons troop so I can see what I need to be able to get to, but for my daughters troop I am not “connected” to any of the scouts in legacy scoutbook so I cant click on them to get to the payments log. I cant see anything relating to payments in scoutbook advanced either. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? Thanks!
@GlynDobson all Payment logs are still in Legacy (scoutbook.scouting.org) - so they new unit would need to establish the Legacy connections for you to all the scouts
Thanks, that does help. I’m assuming this would need to be set under roster > Connections Manager. Do you know what permission I would need to just edit the payments log?
Answering my own question. According to here: Unit Treasurer Cannot Access Scout Accounts - #8 it needs to be full control.
