Activity entering error message

I have a new scout in our troop and I can’t seem to add his activities in SB.
I get an error message: “whoops! Looks like we encountered an issue temporarily. Please try again later”.

I have tried again multiple times, no luck.

I am not finding SB very user friendly and cumbersome to use
