Adult youth flag in scoutbook

I had a problem with an over 18 scout who also had an adult registration being flagged in SB as an adult. I had one of you great SUAC folks who told me to end her adult position (which I have done) and they could reset her flag to youth. I don’t remember who I had to get back to (early onset CRS). Can someone help me rest her flag to youth

I have one very old ticket still out there. It involves a Female 18+ UP member of a troop not showing up on roster. Another scout sane Registration does.
