I’m an ASM and I’ve been approved as Troop admin and Patrol admin; however, I cannot seem to access the troop roster, etc.-only my personal account. Where am I going wrong? I’ve already checked w/SM who says I’m still listed as Troop and patrol admin. The app lists those duties as well, but I cannot get to troop roster via the my desk top nor the app.

Go to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → Edit Profile. Post the number after User ID and we will investigate. I suspect you have multiple Scoutbook accounts.
