As advancement chair I cannot mark leader approved on requirements for my child. This complicates matters when entering pick wide events/requirements that I cannot approve items for my child and will have to find another leader to be able to do so. This was never an issue in the previous version of scoutbook. We have large MOP events that I am logging for the pack as well as the summertime fun adventure that I am logging for the pack. It makes it difficult that I am going to have to find another leader to approve his requirements when I am approving and entering everything for the pack. Help!
This is a known issue. The developers are aware but we do not know when a fix will be released. Watch the change log for an announcement.
The workaround is to have another leader approve your Scout’s advancement.
