We really need some help getting a scout attached properly to our troop. We can see her from the leader/scoutmaster side, but she can’t see our troop when she logs in. There is an error message saying she has not been matched with a scout in the unit’s official roster, but I know she’s registered. Can I manually enter her BSA ID in scoutbook? That seems to be the missing link. User ID 13164487.

OK the dad stole the BSA # - the Scouts login is their bellarose#### one - the fathers login is his stingray gmail email.
