Calendar & E-Mail Update - May 3, 2023
Scheduled calendar reminders were enabled on May 1, 2023. Scoutbook has so far remained off of the blacklists.
We recommend units that utilize Scoutbook e-mail and/or calendar reminders check their units for individuals that have been opted out of e-mail. The easiest way to do this is to go to Messages on the unit page and look for No Emails. Accounts marked No Emails will not receive any email from Scoutbook. To opt in to email, the individual must log in to Scoutbook, navigate to My Dashboard → My Account → E-Mail and move the opt-out slider to the left so that the background is gray.
For security reasons, this can only be done by the account owner, not by a unit leader.
