Can't create reports or look at individual scout

I just tried printing individual reports, creating other reports, and just looking at an individual scout’s records, and I get errors every time. Just me or anyone else?

We need more information in order to help you.

  1. What error are you seeing?
  2. Are you trying to look at Scouts from your Troop or Pack?
  3. Are you getting the same error from the reports and Scout’s advancement page?

Yes, it was for both scouts in my troop and my family. It would sit for about a minute then bring up a new page saying there was an error and webmasters were notified.

Same error everywhere I tried.

I just tried again and it worked first try. :woman_shrugging:
