There are a couple of possibilities. Most likely is that the filters on the roster need to reset as mentioned in this post:

Another thing that’s confusing is that it should not be possible to be registered as both CC and DL in the same unit. The permissions structure is now tied to registered positions, so that might also be impacting things. More details are in the document and video linked to from the blue banner at the top of these forums.
