I am the chair for my pack. When I log onto scoutbook plus I have no one on my roster. I can see everyone on scoutbook legacy. I thought it was an issue that would work itself out but it has been a couple days now. Any suggestions? Thank you
On desktop, when you select the filter drop-down, there’s a red Reset Filters button. In mobile, I didn’t see one, so just check all of the Renewal Status boxes and you’ll see all of your roster.
