CM stuck in login loop

Originally signed in using Google ID. Tried reset via link. Failed. Received prompt to use Google login.

When trying Google login he receives error saying there is no my.scouting account.

Can you help?


First, see if the user can log in at my.scouting. This user has Google sign in turned on, so he needs to click on the Sign in with Google button using his Google username and Google password.

If he can log in at my.scouting, then he should be able to log in at Scoutbook using the same method and credentials, because of single sign on.

When Sign in with Google or Apple is turned on, then trying to reset the password doesn’t work, because it is an external username and password - not BSA credentials.
