Cub Scout Parent Can't Link to Scout

Hello, can you help me connect a Cub Scout parent to his Scout? The Scout has SB User ID: 12626498 and BSA Member ID: 14422000.

@LawrenceOverway there are 2 easy ways - the parent can log into Scoutbook and go to My Profile > My Connections and click the Red Text (in image above) to connect themself to scout.

Or council can establish the Parent connection in Registrar Tools which would flow to Scoutbook over a 24 hour period
