Den Leader / Admin unable to administer den

Hello,

We have a den leader who’s unable to administer their den. When they login, they don’t see themselves as den leader and they’re only able to report advancements for their own child. To the pack admins, the den seems setup correctly. What are we missing?

My apologies. It seems like the other pack admin resolved whatever was wrong, but I wasn’t CCd on that resolution. I believe we’re all set and there are no problems currently. Apologies for the false alarm / time wasted.
