DLE Login Button Missing in Safari

When I go to login to DLE in Safari, I input my credentials, authenticate via captcha, and there appears no login button.

If I login via the Google app it works fine.
If I log into Scoutbook then go to leader.scouting.org it takes me straight to DLE.

IOS 16.3.1
There is no login button once the Captcha is complete.
