Drop down list not showing - Multiples

My Scouting Tools Internet Recharter

I am an ACC looking into a situation - where I have (2) unit(s) who are trying to populate multiples.
The drop down list will not show either of the units charter rosters. The unit processor has refreshed both rosters.

Please Advise

It seems like other units disappear from the list for 1 day when their charter status changes – for example, the day they log in and Initiate their charter - or the day they submit their charter. Then they reappear on the list the following day. Can you try again today and see if they are back in the list for you?
