My pack has some leaders with duplicate accounts. For my treasurer:
BSA # 13499850 is the primary account with the user’s actual email address.
136532473 needs to be combined with it
@DennisHellon ok you had it backwards though - 473 is her registered number so it is primary - she needs to use my.scouting credentials to login to Scoutbook (firstinitial)(lastname)
Ok I will contact her and see if she can log in. Will let you know once I do this.
My treasurer is able to log into the account now as you directed.
